In collaboration with the Japan NPO Center, our team turned a pre-pandemic plan to conduct in-person workshops into a completely online experience. Participants learned on Zoom about our community-centered methodology and designed low-fidelity prototype solutions to address problems the aging population in Japan faces. We also published the first draft of a guidebook that illustrates parts of the process. Read more about the project and see their designs.
