It’s hard to believe it’s been five years since our team launched the first version of Worker Connect in a pilot project in Qatar. Migrant workers have been using the mobile app to learn about their rights, to connect to local resources, and to report anonymously their conditions to worker welfare teams who monitor the supply chain and who intervene when necessary. We've learned a lot and the service has expanded, thanks to the community of workers and experts who contribute to it.
